Payment and Pricing

• All payments must be made in full before or upon the completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
• Quotes are subject to change based on the scope of services or additional requests.

Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure items are ready for packing or transport at the scheduled time.
• Notify us of any fragile or valuable items requiring special handling.

Liability

• We are not liable for items damaged due to improper packing by the customer or pre-existing conditions.
• Claims for damages must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service date.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will not incur a fee.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service may result in a fee.

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, accidents, or road closures.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Indiana.
